As an International Service Team (IST) member, you’ll play a vital role in bringing the Baltic Jamboree to life — not just during the event, but long before the first tents go up.

TASKS

Before camp

9.-10.07.2026

You’ll arrive early as part of the pre-camp team, helping to:

  • Build and set up the campsite infrastructure
  • Prepare key areas like programme zones, dining spaces, and logistics hubs
  • Test activities, plan workflows, and make sure everything is ready for hundreds of arriving Scouts and Guides

You’ll be part of the core team shaping the experience — building the foundations (literally!) of the entire event.

During the camp

11.-17.07.2026

  • Facilitating smooth operations – assisting team leaders, guiding participants, and staffing key support stations.
  • Delivering exciting programme activities – supporting workshops, challenges, and creative zones.
  • Ensuring participant safety – helping with logistics, traffic control, and first aid.
  • Supporting catering and meals – assisting in the kitchen and serving food.
  • Maintaining and improving camp facilities – fixing issues, building structures, and keeping the environment welcoming and functional.

Every role contributes to a safe, vibrant, and memorable camp experience.
